本体耐热温度120℃
- 最大容量值是指低压回路中的压力损失为0.01MPa,冷凝湿度54.4℃(过冷5℃)、蒸发温度7.2℃(过冷5℃)的工况下.最小容量值是指阀能换向的必须值.
- 阀做泄漏是在不同大气压力下将阀加热至70℃和1.03 MPa指空气压力差1.03 MPa,阀身加热至70℃的工况下.
- 阀的重量不包括LB线圈的重量(LB线圈的重量为125g).

Allowable Main Unit Temperature 120℃
- Maximum capacity values are based on a 0.014MPa pressure drop across the suction path of the valve at pumping rates at 54.4℃(5℃ sub-cool) comditiong temperature and 7.2℃ evaporating temperature (5℃ superheat) .Minimum capacity is that necessary to reverse the? valve.
- Internl leakage through the valve seat is measured with the valve unit heated to 70℃ and? with 1.03 MPa differential pressure by air pressure.
- The valve weight doeslnot include LB coil which weights 125g.

注意事项
- 检验
四通阀检验(尤其在低压换向性能测试)时,为保证检测气源的流量和压力的稳定,应在进气口前设立一个足够大的压力容器。
- 安装
四通阀线圈向上或水平安装,如图示,避免振动太大损坏焊接点。
- 焊接
焊接温度不得超过120℃,以免损坏内置垫片。
- 储藏
四通阀存放在干燥通风处,不得有水分、灰尘、污物入阀体内,严禁与腐蚀性物质混放。
